Strength! it literally means the state or quality of being strong; physical power or capacity.
However strong a woman is but our society deems to make her weak – Mentally, physically, emotionally in all possible aspects. But should a woman let them do this?
Women’s empowerment has become a significant topic of discussion in development and economics. It can also point to the approaches regarding other trivialized genders in a particular political or social context.
Empowerment in its literal context means to give power or warrant power. When we use the term women empowerment it means to create means and provide channels through which women can practice equal rights as men.
But our society somehow is scared of strong women. They know if the lead is taken by women, they would have no importance left to them. Today in oprn forums, this topic is dicussed so openly. But again behind the walls the ideologies fails and truth prevails. And only a woman will be able to build another stron woman. And we need to stand for each other and be the real STRENGTH.
Women need to change their mindset that they are weak, anybody can cheat them or use them instead they need to think that they have same power like men and can do anything better than men.
Women empowerment is the vital tool for advancing development in the country. It also would help in reducing poverty by improving health and productivity within families and communities as well as providing better chance to the next generation.
The time has come for us to change our mindset and think rationally. A strong woman will raise a strong child and build a stron family which is beneficial for each house, street, state and country.
